Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy“Acceptance” of “Exchange” of Mask Products:

  • Request made by the customer within the return period of 7 working days after receiving products;
  • Defective, non-humanly damaged or quality problems with products;
  • The products delivered are not the same as the one ordered;
  • The products exchanged should be unboxed less than 2 boxes and less than 5 masks have been used each box

 

“Non-Acceptance” of “Exchange” of Mask Products 

(included but not limited to the following):

  1. The exchange application made after the return period of 7 working days;
  2. The products for exchange are unboxed more than 2 boxes and more than 5 masks have been used each box;
  3. Personal factors including the unmatched size, model, design or colour of mask products;
  4. Any party that has been listed by the merchant as no exchange and refund applicable;
  5. Giveaways;
  6. The product itself is damaged by man, or is seriously damaged by the customer during transportation;
  7. Any reasonable discrepancy between the picture and the product (colour difference due to different lighting, monitors or shooting, etc.);
  8. Other unreasonable refunds and exchanges.

 

Application Procedure for “Exchange” of Mask Products

  1. Email application during “exchange” period >  Applicable accepted > “Exchange”
  2. Written application during “exchange period”:
  • If the mask products comply with our “Exchange and Refund Policy”, kindly send the exchange request to sales@hk-mask.com.hk within the return period of 7 working days, so that we can make further arrangements for customers.
  • Please provide the following information at the time of application for further arrangements:
  1. Order number and proof of payment
  2. Name of mask products and pictures for returned products
  3. Reason of exchange
  4. Indicate whether a refund or exchange is requested

Upon receipt of the application, we will approve the information provided.

 

If the application is accepted:

  1. The applicant will receive a confirmation email from us.
  2. Kindly wrap the returned mask properly and attach a copy of the email or delivery note. The merchant will arrange a shipping company to collect the return at the “shipping address”.

 

Exchange Terms and Conditions

  1. You may exchange the same value of the mask products for the amount of the mask products exchanged. If the amount of the product is less than the amount of the original product, the difference will not be refunded;
  2. The shipping cost of the exchange will be borne by the seller;
  3. The procedure will take one to two weeks to process (calculated from the date of receipt of the request), we will inform the customer of the details upon completion of the procedure;
  4. The exchange of mask products is limited to one time per transaction and no return or exchange request will be accepted after the exchange;
  5. If the number of exchange requested by the same party exceeds the requirement in multiple transactions or there is an abnormal situation, the seller has the right to limit the rights of the buyer without prior notice;
  6. All unauthorized returns and exchanges will not be processed by the seller;
  7. The seller reserves the right to charge an additional service fee for any unreasonable return or exchange;
  8. In case of any dispute, the seller reserves the right of final decision.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy“Acceptance” of “Refund” of Mask Products:

  1. The seller fails to deliver products on time;
  2. After the first time of “exchange”, mask products in the second delivery still cannot comply with the “acceptance” of “exchange” of mask products.

 

“Non-Acceptance” of “Refund” of Mask Products 

(included but not limited to the following):

  1. Application made after 7 working days of receipt;
  2. The products for refund are unboxed more than 2 boxes and more than 5 masks have been used each box;
  3. The buyer cannot return the mask products which have been requested a refund;
  4. Failure of the seller to perform the agreement due to any social or force majeure factor of the seller

 

Application Procedure for “Refund” of Mask Products

  1. Written application during the “refund” period > Application accepted > Refund
  2. Email application during the “refund” period:
  • If the mask products comply with our “Refund Policy”, kindly send the refund request to sales@hk-mask.com.hk within 7 working days from the promised “delivery date”, so that we can make further arrangements for customers.
  • Please provide the following information at the time of application for further arrangements:
  1. Order number and proof of payment
  2. Name of mask products and pictures for returned products
  3. Reason for refund
  4. Indicate whether a refund or exchange is requested

Upon receipt of the application, we will approve the information provided.

 

If the application is accepted:

  1. Whether accepted or not, we will reply by email within 7 working days of receiving the “refund” request. If the application is accepted, a refund will be made within 7 working days;
  2. If the refund involves a shipped order, please wrap the mask products to be returned and attach a copy of the email or delivery note. The seller will arrange for the shipping company to collect the return at the “buyer’s shipping address”.

 

Refund Terms and Conditions

  1. The refund amount are based on the “total contract transaction amount” paid;
  2. Refunds do not include any shipping costs, transaction fees, third party handling fees, etc;
  3. If the purchased mask products are eligible for any discount (e.g. mask product set discount, discount, etc.), the discount must be returned together with the returned mask products, which may involve additional amounts to be charged or deducted from the refund;
  4. The mask products must be returned along with all giveaways included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the giveaway will be deducted from the refund;
  5. If the number of refund requested by the same party exceeds the requirement in multiple transactions or there is an abnormal situation, the seller has the right to limit the rights of the buyer without prior notice;
  6. All unauthorized returns and refunds will not be processed by the seller;
